Purpose of the service

ShieldCheck provides AI-assisted preliminary risk analysis for online accounts, stores, influencers, and digital profiles. It is an informational aid, not a formal investigation, certification, legal opinion, or guarantee of safety.

No guarantee of accuracy

AI-generated content can be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or based on insufficient information. A “low risk” result does not prove that an account is genuine or safe, and a “high risk” result does not by itself prove wrongdoing.

Your responsibility

• Verify important information independently before making payments or sharing personal information.
• Use the service lawfully and do not submit passwords, private communications, or sensitive personal data.
• Do not use a result as the sole basis for accusing, harassing, or harming a person or business.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

Third-party services

The analysis feature relies on third-party infrastructure, including the Google Gemini API and Cloudflare hosting. Availability and processing may be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

Service availability

The service may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued for maintenance, security, provider limitations, or other operational reasons.

If you believe an output is inaccurate or raises a concern, contact the operator using the address shown on the Contact page after that address has been configured.

Updates

These terms should be reviewed when the service changes. Continued use after a posted update may be subject to the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
